We understand that life happens unexpectedly. We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact your therapist via phone, email or patient portal at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be billed a $100 late cancellation/missed appointment fee.
