Here you can explore your struggles and experiences in a safe space, without judgement. I provide an eclectic approach to sessions, which uses therapeutic techniques from different modalities that include mindfulness, CBT, person-centered and more; depending on your individual needs.

OUR MISSION

Mindful Waves was created for the purpose of helping you through your journey of achieving your goals. You will be provided with a safe space, where you can freely talk about presenting problems or issues in your life without feeling judged and with unconditional positive regard.

 

We will work together on what you would like to achieve from therapy and steps to get there. This includes exploring thoughts, feelings or behaviors you may be struggling with.

If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, anger, feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed, we can work on addressing your needs. We will also work through grief or trauma you may have experienced. It is important to be able to utilize or enhance your skills and strengths to allow for increased feelings of fulfillment and create meaning in your life.
